This update on our Woodridge Multi-Gen project has been long overdue ! The third floor was framed up way back in September. Since then we’ve been busy coordinating the various rough-in installations (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), which are almost complete. The windows, and roofing have been installed, both are in a warm color scheme. The horizontal siding & brick colors will be complimentary to match.

First floor: front door, lounge, kitchen, dining, living rooms. The kitchen is framed by two large arched openings. The front door also features this arched design motif.
Basement: entrance, living room, guest room.
Second floor: kids bedroom, kids bath, laundry, primary bedroom & ensuite bath. The children’s bathroom features three separate compartments for the toilet, double sinks and tub to maximize usage. The primary bedroom has a taller cathedral ceiling with a soaring fireplace, and private balcony.
Third floor: gym & guest room. A single skylight was added to this level to maximize daylight down to the stairwell below. The remaining roof space is reserved for future solar panels. The flexible guest room / office features a tall sloping ceiling similar to the primary bedroom on the level below.
