This complete gut renovation includes a third floor and rear addition. Located in the Woodridge neighborhood in DC’s Northeast quadrant, this home renovation pays careful attention to its surrounding vernacular. Both its interior and exterior, feature modern design elements that accommodate the family’s life style. Some major goals of the project were to increase the home’s accessibility (added front ramp & framing includes space for a future elevator).
