The owner has moved back into our Holmhurst Transformation project for quite some time now. We’re due to take final photos soon. In the meantime here are some long overdue interior project updates.
First floor: foyer, dining, powder rm, living room, kitchen, sunroom. The living room and dining rooms incorporated large areas of blank walls for artwork and TV screens. A wood burning fireplace separates the living and dining rooms.
Ground floor: Kitchenette, powder room, Accessible suite. The ground floor will serve as an accessible living suite for the owner’s grandmother. The ensuite bathroom is outfitted with grab bars and this level has a direct entry from grade.
Second floor: hallway, primary suite, kids bedroom & baths. This is entirely new level that features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a laundry room. Each child will have their own bedroom and bathroom. the primary bedroom features its own wood-burning fireplace.
Exterior progress: railings and hvac units installed. The exterior ramp was removed and interior stair lifts will be installed when required.
