Were in the final stages of construction at our Woodridge Transformation project which is scheduled for completion in 2 months, ie. May 2025!
Since our last post back in December a lot has occurred. All the rough-ins (hvac, electrical, plumbing) have been installed, and drywall is prepped for paint this week. Cavity insulation, continuous exterior insulation, and siding have also been installed. The lower exterior wall is prepped for a thin-brick installation using a mesh backing.
