This was a fast basement remodel project for a couple expecting their first child. They needed to get a finished flex space ready for office/guest use so they could use the current office for a new nursery. The existing powder room was upgraded to a full bath, exterior walls were insulated and finished with new drywall. New wood finish vinyl planks replaced the old pink tiles, and the ceiling tiles were also replaced with drywall. A small pantry space that is easily accessible from the upstairs kitchen was also created. Design started in January and the project build-out was completed by the end of March with enough time to spare for a June baby due date.
