This project is a transformation of an existing Bethesda 2-story split level home to a 3-level Multi-generation home. The proposed additions will add a front porch, 2-car garage, and an age-in-place suite on the ground floor. A second floor addition will make room for the bedrooms creating a 12′ living space below. The side/rear additions will enlarge the living, dining and kitchen footprint, and include a new sunroom and rear deck.
