This existing 2-story Shaw rowhome will undergo renovations to add a new rooftop addition. The new third floor level will function as a live/work suite, featuring a bedroom suite on the street side, and an office space adjacent to the back yard. The first floor will get a much needed coat closet and remodeled powder room. The second floor will be reconfigured to extend the existing stair up to the third floor.
