We completely reimagined this modest single family home located in Falls Church, VA. More than doubling the house’s original square footage, the second floor addition better suits the family’s modern lifestyle. The new layout includes a front porch, car port, rear conservatory/playroom, along with a complete first floor remodel. The homeowners currently operate the house using sustainable strategies including a complete electric system (gas was disconnected) using solar power.
