Located in the Georgia Ave/Petworth neighborhood of DC, this interior rowhome is undergoing a full renovation from the basement, up to the mezzanine level. The scope of work includes lowering of the basement slab to increase ceiling height, adding a rear deck with stainless cable railing, creating a new open concept kitchen and redesigning the bathrooms, including creating a new main bedroom suite.
