Georgetown University Primary Bath Renovation

This townhouse renovation was completed for a faculty member at Georgetown University. The existing segmented bathroom layout was remodeled to be more open, maximizing daylight penetration from the large arched window. The previously separate shower and tub layout was combined into one larger shower area, equipped with niche storage. A longer custom cherry vanity maximized counter and storage space, while adding a warm finish. New wainscot and wall molding trim complements the home’s historic character. Marble finishes throughout elevates the entire room for a warm and elegant experience.
