Brookland Preservation

This 1926 semi-detached rowhome located in northeast DC’s Brookland neighborhood was renovated to update the HVAC, kitchen, bathroom, laundry/mudroom and finish the basement. A central high velocity AC system was added to complement the existing radiator heating. The kitchen was opened up to the dining area, but also maintained walls where possible to maximize cabinet storage. The new bathroom is finished with natural looking tile, heated floors and wood elements to create a spa feel. A new wood deck replaces the smaller metal stair to create outdoor dining. The basement was finished to included a pantry, guest suite, and bar.
