We’re about half way through construction at our Kearny Street renovation. For this project we’re filling in a second floor with additional bedrooms and baths for a family of five. Each of the kids will get their own bedroom and share a common bathroom. The parents bedroom will get a new ensuite bathroom in a corner formerly used as an office. A previously uninsulated attic will receive insulation throughout which will significantly improve performance and comfort. The attic will be initially used for an office, rec room and guest bedroom. Currently walls are all framed and rough-ins are in place, awaiting Insulation installation. Stay tuned for future updates. We should be wrapping up in another month.
