We’re in the home stretch at our Woodridge Addition! Besides small punchlist items, the existing bathroom is now being remodeled since it was left during construction for the owners to use. The new exterior siding matched up well with the existing siding, even though the profile was not an exact match. We’re also waiting for a railing at the main bedroom juliet balcony. The sliding doors will eventually become access to a roof deck/screened porch in a later phase…

The new main bedroom suite has large views into the backyard, thanks to the sliding glass doors. A modular closet system was recently added so the owners will be slowly moving in. The spacious bathroom provides room for a double vanity, separate toilet room, and a combo shower/tub area.

Holiday festivities have made their way into the new family room, which also serves as a dedicated playroom. Ample windows throughout, including a large southern bay window, makes for a bright, lively space with panoramic views to the backyard foliage.

A convenient powder room, adjacent to the family room, is a welcome addition to the first floor, perfect for entertaining guests. Tucked away inside the powder room is the new laundry room which was moved up from the basement, and outfitted with new appliances.
